PROFESSIONAL SCREENING SERVICE

SCREENING PROCESS 

  • Depending on the client requirements a highly targeted search is launched and potential candidates matching the requirement are shortlisted.
  • A recruiter conducts personal interviews (communication skills, problem solving skills, goals, salary requirements, personal requirements, environmental likes/dislikes, etc.) This one-on-one interaction helps us evaluate the candidate's analytical and interpersonal skills. It also helps determine their interest in the client company and project.
  • Candidates fitting the general requirements are then passed on for a highly focused technical interview with one of our IT managers, specializing in his/her area of interest.
  • The recruiter(s), along with the IT managers, analyze the overall performance of the candidates to further shortlist them (refer recruiting process).
  • Finally, the selected candidates are referred to the client for review.
  • Background checks on selected candidate(s) conducted.
  • Candidates fitting the general requirements are then passed on for a highly focused technical interview with one of our IT managers, specializing in his/her area of interest.

5-10 business days for previously screened candidates.

5-15 business days for new applicants.
