- The
profile of all candidates applying to I.T. ProS, Inc. is
stored in an automated database.
- Depending
on the client’s requirement an extensive search of the database
shortlists all potential candidates matching the requirement.
- A
recruiter conducts personal interviews (communication skills,
problem solving skills, goals, salary requirements., personal
requirements, environmental likes/dislikes, etc.) This one-on-one
interaction helps us evaluate the candidate's analytical
and interpersonal skills. It also helps determine their interest
in the client company and project
- Candidates
fitting the general requirements are then passed on for
a highly focused technical interview with one of our IT
managers, specializing in his/her area of interest.
- The
recruiter(s), along with the IT managers, analyze the overall
performance of the candidates to further shortlist them
(refer recruiting process)
- Finally,
the selected candidates are referred to the client for review.
- Background
checks on selected candidate(s) conducted.
