- Upon
receipt of your job description, a recruiter from our staff
will review the requirements and discuss the desired qualifications
with you.
- A
personal visit by one of our specialists will take place
at your convenience/option... it is through this step that
we will get to know you and your business best. Pertinent
corporate, business and technological information is gathered
without omitting the human factors.
- Our
on site recruiter(s) will then begin to search our extensive
résumé-tracking database to find candidates who match your
criteria.
- Potential
candidates are thoroughly screened (refer screening process ) and their resumes
forwarded for your review.
- After
you have surveyed the candidates, we will arrange candidate
interviews based on your schedule.
- Once
you have selected a candidate, depending on your needs (contractor,
temp-to-perm or FT Perm Employee), we will proceed with
the necessary arrangements to bring the person on board
as soon as possible.

5-15 business days for new applicants.
