The Training Manager family of products includes The Training Manager, The Training Manager Pro, and The Training Manager Web. Single-user or network support with either Microsoft Access or SQL Server databases is available.

  • Manage class schedules and automatically maintain the number of available seats in classes.
  • Create and maintain company invoices.
  • Track class and instructor expenses.
  • Send bulk or individual e-mail and create mail-merge letters.
  • Create new mail-merge letters and, using an add-on product, create custom reports or revise existing reports. Manage appointments and appointment schedules.
  • Create sales call information and communicate with other users.
  • Maintain student credits, grades, and class attendance.
  • Print student badges and certificates of class completion.
  • Customize and set security restrictions throughout the system.
  • Generate reports and graphs detailing revenue, class schedules, location bookings, expenses, catalog of classes, class waiting lists, student grades and attendance, and much more. Over 30 reports and graphs are provided.
  • Provide universal access to class, location, and instructor information and support of class registration over the Internet (available using The Training Manager Web add-on product).
