Description
Job Responsibilities:

The individual in this position will be responsible for
Corporate Communications new initiatives and supporting
existing external consumer based systems. The new initiatives
focus on re-engineering and implementing the E2E and thereafter,
the B2B web sites. Systems Development - Internet and Web
Applications experience creating, building, and launching
an Internet Site and managing the operations of a launched
site is required
Functional Capabilities
- Content Management/Publishing, Content Syndication, Customer
Relationship Management, Personalization, e-Mail Tracking,
Site Traffic Tracking and Analysis, e-Commerce, and Advertising
site capabilities experience is required The initiative
is sponsored by Corporate Communications, and will involve
coordination with various corporate business units, CIS
Internet Architecture, CIS Internet Engineering groups,
and external partnerships & 3rd party relationships.
This position will have
direct, significant business impact. A successful project
manager will deliver direct value to the business by building
a reliable operational infrastructure for supporting existing
applications, and by delivering information to current and
potential homeowners through the Internet and Corporate
specific technologies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s
degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent
work experience.

5 years
combined experience in requirements analysis, application
design/development, and implementation support.

min 2
years Internet experience.
-
managed
a team of 3 or more individuals for at least 2 years.
-
strong
project planning skills, and exceptional communications
and negotiations skills.
-
team
environment.
-
experience
with consulting to internal and/or external clients would
be a significant plus.

Knowledge
of the secondary mortgage market, external customer systems
or product support experience, would be a plus.

Requisite
